How to Order Wholesale Flowers

Welcome to the Sunny Hill Flower Farm Wholesale Network!

We're honored you've chosen to source fresh, locally grown flowers for your clients. Our wholesale ordering process is simple.

Step 1: Browse Availability

Each week we update our wholesale availability list with the flowers we expect to harvest for the following week's deliveries.

Browse the list to see:

• Available flower varieties

• Stem counts or bunch quantities

• Pricing

• Any special notes about availability

Step 2: Place Your Order

When you're ready, click the "ORDER" button.

Complete the order form by selecting the flowers and quantities you'd like for the upcoming delivery week.

Step 3: Order Deadline

All wholesale orders must be submitted by Sunday at 11:59 PM for delivery the following week.

Orders received after the deadline will be filled only if additional inventory is available.

Step 4: Order Confirmation

We'll review your order and send you a confirmation with your final availability and total.

Because we grow with the seasons, occasionally weather or crop conditions may affect availability. If a variety is unavailable, we'll contact you with the closest substitute or adjust your order accordingly.

Austin Area Deliveries

• Tuesday

• Between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

San Antonio Area Deliveries

• Friday

• Between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Payment

Payment is made before delivery when you place the order on our website.
