Haha—okay, maybe not. BUT I did want to explain a little more about the internship program, just in case someone popped into your mind who might be a really great fit…

And yes—you might be the person who knows that person.



🌼 Internship Details

1. Time Commitment

  • In-person: At least 1 farm visit per week (2 hours)

  • Virtual:

    • 1-hour weekly business class

    • 1 basics-of-farming class (completed before arriving)

  • Must be 16 years or older

2. Scheduling

  • Choose one day that works best for you: Monday, Wednesday, or Friday

  • Choose a start time: 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM

  • You’ll commit to the same day and time each week for consistency

3. What You’ll Do

  • Help with planting, harvesting, and caring for flowers

  • Assist with flower arranging, farm displays, and event prep

  • Learn sustainable and regenerative farming practices

  • Join weekly virtual business coaching sessions

4. What You’ll Learn

  • Hands-on floral design and landscaping skills

  • Regenerative farming and sustainable agriculture

  • Real-world business skills for small farms or floral businesses

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, faith-friendly environment

5. Expectations

  • Respect for farm property, tools, and teammates

  • A good attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn

  • Clear communication and ability to follow instructions
