Haha—okay, maybe not. BUT I did want to explain a little more about the internship program, just in case someone popped into your mind who might be a really great fit…
And yes—you might be the person who knows that person.
🌼 Internship Details
1. Time Commitment
In-person: At least 1 farm visit per week (2 hours)
Virtual:
1-hour weekly business class
1 basics-of-farming class (completed before arriving)
Must be 16 years or older
2. Scheduling
Choose one day that works best for you: Monday, Wednesday, or Friday
Choose a start time: 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM
You’ll commit to the same day and time each week for consistency
3. What You’ll Do
Help with planting, harvesting, and caring for flowers
Assist with flower arranging, farm displays, and event prep
Learn sustainable and regenerative farming practices
Join weekly virtual business coaching sessions
4. What You’ll Learn
Hands-on floral design and landscaping skills
Regenerative farming and sustainable agriculture
Real-world business skills for small farms or floral businesses
Experience working in a team-oriented, faith-friendly environment
5. Expectations
Respect for farm property, tools, and teammates
A good attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Clear communication and ability to follow instructions
